In the evening the birds sing in the forest,
and in my mind I travel home to you;
In my heart, I am with you,
My soul, even though it is in me,
it is also with you.

Night,
In my sweet dreams,
I can almost feel your soft embrace;
and even though we're miles apart,
I feel your soft lips on mine

In the day after being forced from your loving arms,
I struggle through my life, to be with you once more,
and once more, I will be with you again;
in my dreams or with you safely in my arms.
This is not a literal translation, but it's one that actually makes sense...

Lovely work. Nice verbs to convey the sense of loneliness and wistfulness.

Thank you... It would feel nicer if it was not how I actually felt...

Ah, they happen to us all, but I'm just having a tired moment right now...because I was way too uber-hyper-crazy-excited-overjoyed and ate WAY too much chocolate to celebrate...

Chocolate?! TRAITOR!!! You offended the God of cheese! You will be eaten by a swarm of mice as vengeance against your treachery!! lol

Fear not, great one. I devoured you a mere 30 minutes ago.

Although I'm going to Asia soon, and who knows if I can readily find Chinese cheese? :o
